Elaine contacted me soon after I placed my order to confirm the details and offer alternatives to the long wait (the particular color/material I wanted had to be ordered from the manufacturer). What a friendly, helpful lady! I likely could have bought the same item somewhere else and received it faster, but the reason I wanted to buy it from the Pink Pigs was to support the Rooterville sanctuary -- it's the least I can do!
