Ordered on 12/12. They claim it was shipped on 12/16. Tracking shows UPS picked it up on 12/17 and delivered it to the USPS on 12/20. However, the USPS shows they got electronic notice that a package was coming but that it was never received. UPS states they are simply the packing vendor but Zazzle uses USPS for the actual shipping so they can't help. USPS says they don't have the package so they can't help. Zazzle customer service does not exist. Period. I have held for long periods but could not reach a human. This morning they have a recording stating they are now closed for the holidays and won't reopen until Jan 2. This company is a scam. I have notified my credit card company to stop payment. I am also filing complaint with the BBB and the FTC for fraudulent business practices. DO NOT BUY from this company.
