I signed up to use this app and found that the info was a bit outdated. I canceled the trial and thought that was the end of it. To my surprise my bank was billed for another month. I thought about letting it go, but decided to write to customer service. I was shocked to the point of disbelief when I received a reply stating the funds would be returned to my account and the trial was canceled and I would not be billed again,, along with a sincere apogy for what happened. THREE days later the money was back in my account. If I need to search again, I will diffinitely try Spokeo again for the fact that they listened and responded
