We ordered a safe door from the company. Once we started installing it, a flaw was noticed. The lock did not line up, so the safe will not close properly.
We phoned the company several times with the problem, sent photographs.
And every time she responses with the same, it's our problem, she sold us a product that was tested with no flaws... Not willing to understand or fix the issue.
Will never do business with Louws Keys again!
