I ordered a playstation at 9:33 am today, chose "same day delivery" option, paid for it, received a confirmation email stating "You will receive your order by 8 pm today".
Great!
My child is sitting at the porch of the house waiting for delivery. For hours. In a cold.
At 7:20 pm I called customer service. The guy told me that order has not shipped yet, and I have to wait 24 hours.
When I asked him why my e-mail says: You will receive your order by 8 pm today, he hung up on me. Simply hung up.
Thank you GameStop! I will never have any business with you, and will actually spend some time leaving feedback on every internet site I possibly can
