I ordered a packed of a couple item. One being a rhinestone skirt, I actually received everything BUT that skirt. I made a ticket with their automated customer service and they say these delivered it. It indeed has NOT been delivered and I do not have it. The package arrive torn. I shouldn't need to bare the loss of a missing item. They have no real customer service too, so I cannot receive a refund on the item I never received. For the reason of horrible customer service I will not shop at SHEIN again and I highly recommend others not to shop at SHEIN unless you want to risk paying for nothing. It is the principle not just the money, it is a disgusting feeling to feel scammed and that is on SHEIN.
