Unfortunately I watched the commercial and they assure you how FREE it is as well as how it is hassle free. So I entered All my info & of course at the very end I had to enter my credit card... which wouldn't be charged. Unless I cancel within the 30 days. I called to cancel it but I couldn't get anyone to answer! And then I tried again... you'd think they'd have records of calls & legit attempts. Well after not looking at the bank account I rarely use I see 3 charges for $30 something each. I finally got them on the phone (my bank did) and they could clearly see that (because they told me they could) that I went on it one time, ONE SIGN IN within the free period. And then I would never logged on it again. They refused to credit me back the charged. And for $100 I could really have used that $ for other imperative things, like FOOD... I was very, very disappointed and unhappy.
