After a one month wait, the customized mug finally arrived at my daughter's house. The Macorner rep replied promptly to my inquiry on Day 27 that the reason the status still showed awaiting shipment, was due to a lack of "human resources" at the time of shipping and the package did not get scanned in at time of transit. Interestingly, it showed up 3 days after I sent the inquiry which makes me wonder if it really had been shipped yet or not. Either way, it's here now and my daughter says it's great quality and she loves it. I'm updating my review to 4 stars now. The product would get 5 stars, but the shipping hassle was a mess.
I ordered a Mother/Daughter mug for my daughter on August 7th. MC#*******. On August 19th, I received email that my order was on its way via UPS and a tracking number assigned. I repeatedly checked the tracking results, but every time it still shows "Shipment ready for UPS", "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible". I've downloaded the Shop app, but the tracking results show the same thing. I've submitted a message to Macorner under the Contact Us page and I'm awaiting a response. My credit card was promptly charged for the order on August 7th so payment is not the problem. Based upon this poor quality of service, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
