I gave them my information five times and I still have not received a refund. They didn't send my other three items, but they took my money and won't give me a refund. They are guilty of THEFT.

Scammers. They admitted they cancelled three of my items. I never received them. The fourth item stunk and was a nasty rag. I sent them the order number again at their request. They have all my information. They have absolutely no reason not to give me my money back. They obviously are stalling. I suspect they think I'll give up. Nope. I want my money back.

They Did Nothing

I don't have my money back. I did not receive my other items on my order. Talk is cheap. They have done nothing. They have had all my information for months.

Huge Scam

I received a sweater jacket that was faded, ugly, and limp as a rag. It smells awful. Absolutely nothing like the picture. Horrible. When I complained, they told me I would have to send the item back to China and pay fees and tariffs. Odd, the e-return address was in California. They said I am to "ignore" the e-return address on the package. They said they have a "contract" that states these terms. There are other very similar clothing companies out there connected to their parent company. The scam is far and wide reaching. After some digging I found they have a 94% dissatisfaction rate. However, anything I received from China through Amazon Prime was beautiful. I have three other packages yet to arrive from this company. I got burned.

I am sitting here in our room at the Marriott without our PROMISED special Valentine's Day special dinner. They ran out of it on Valentine's Day. Ribeye, cheesy potatoes, bourbon glazed carrots, chocolate mousse, and a bottle of champagne. The manager promised we could have the dinner on the 15th at 5:00 pm instead. 5:00 pm came and went. No dinner. No phone call all day. We were told about the romantic dinner when we called to book our room for the long three day holiday weekend. Room service, a fancy dinner. This is the main reason we booked this hotel. My husband is scrambling right now to get to Texas Roadhouse, which is packed, to get a comparable dinner."Megan" told us we could order off the menu (not nearly as good) or she could plate up 200 dinners and THEN the chef could make a "Chef's Special" for us. What is included in the Chef's Special? She didn't know. Seriously? "Megan, what does the Chef's Special consist of?" "I don't know." DONE. They threw us under the bus. Then they backed over us. Romance is dead at the Marriott. P. S Its alive and well at Texas Roadhouse! They put together a nice meal for us after my husband told them what happened!

Zazzle sent me someone else's business cards. After I attached the proof via an attachment rather than a faster loaded imbedded image, I received an e-mail saying they would expedite the corrected order. I waited and waited and I am still waiting. Apparently, my time line on a screw up is different than theirs. The other two boxes of cards were correct and beautiful. However, doing business with this company is not worth it. I have three invoices without line items showing which order is whose for the CEO, President and Vice President. I find this to be a very shoddy business practice. I want my catds and then to have nothing to do with them. There is no resolution. They don't need to waste even more of my time. DONE.
