Amazon has EXCELLENT customer service! I am very impressed!

I love Kohls but I am UNIMPRESSED with the Kohls cash =( If you use your cash online and decide you want to return the merchandise at the store. They will NOT give the full refund! Only a small portion of it or you can go try to find something in the store for the Exact value of the item! What a PAIN! I wandered around and around in the store trying to find something for that amount! Finally I just settled on something I didn't really want! They should refund the purchase for the exact amount as the receipt!

DON"T order from here! It's a SCAM! I tried to order and my credit card quit working so I called my credit card co. My account was flagged because of it. THank goodness! My credit card co said it was just a bunch of numbers and it came from a dept store and was a FRAUD! Now Ogotoshop is trying to access my email too! I was very wary before I ordered by the way the sales rep (Irina) couldn't answer my questions on the dress I was interested in. The McAfee symbol is faked!
