IT TOOK 372 MESSAGES AND 162 PHONE CALLS TO TRY AND GET A REFUND. NO LUCK. FINALLY AFTER LEGAL ACTION GOT MY MONEY BACK AND THEY PAID COSTS. TRIP.COM SERVICE MODEL IS SIMPLE - THEY JUST LIE.
