I've have a over due delivery from HOF online this has been ongoing for over 8 days now, I've tried so many avenues to get help with my issue but draw a blank every time, no one answers customer service phones, the webchat stops at a point without conclusion and no option to carry on, they take so long to answer emails at this point I've not had a reply yet, my order is over £170 so not a small amount, you can't get help in store as they don't help with online issues, please don't ever use house of fraser online you WILL be left frustrated at minimum or like me very upset and angry
