I first tried the Chat function. Answers wouldn't go through. Hit Return repeatedly. Finally figured out you can't use punctuation. A period at the end of a sentence prevented the chat from working. The Chat person never answered the original question so I then called. It just got worse. The woman was rude, gave confusing answers, and then got condescending when I told her to just cancel the order. After the frustrating Chat her she just made me angry. Now they are holding my refund for three days. I was happy with my first order, but it was my last. Won't use them again.
