I have always ordered from here and I never had any complains. Shipping takes about two weeks, always securely packaged and if your item is preordered they always give you photocards for free. I would highly recommend

I ordered an album from them in mid July. They send it out and estimated time was between end of July until mid August. The item didn't arrive arrive during that time frame. I understand it's coming from the other side of the world but the album didn't arrive at all. Ihad to go somewhere else to purchase my album causing me to be angry because that album was a limited edition so month and a half later they barely had anymore album left elsewhere and I had to pay more. They promise you they give you gift or photocards with your purchase but what is the point if the item didn't arrive. I wouldn't recommend at all. Only good thing is I received a refund but I'm still upset
