The original Item sent to me broke (leaking coffee machine) within a month. It was replaced quickly and without any issues. HOWEVER second replaced had lose and worn screw which wasn't fitted properly and the second item broke again within 1.5mth. Because it is the second replacement I refuse to have it fixed again as it is too much inconvenience and it seems like the items they sell are not properly refurbished.The company refuses to refund even though in line with Consumer Act if first replacement fails then I have a right to a full refund. CAB confirms I'm right so if this cannot be resolved then will be reporting this business to an ombudsman.
