I accidentally ordered the incorrect long sleeve T-shirt. I didn't realize it until the wrong one arrived. Understandably, I couldn't return the T-shirt because it was my mistake. I reached out to Customer Service and they got back to me very quickly via email. They offered me a discount code to purchase the one I wanted, which I was appreciative of. They actually ended up paying for the T-shirt as a one time courtesy. Many companies would not care enough about a very small order, but they did. They've got my business!
