Received defective shoes. It took a day or two but they did reply with instructions. They said I could keep the shoes and offered me a store credit. A refund would have been better that's the only reason why this isn't 5/5 stars. I've had mixed experiences in the past (aka terrible) with their customer service but I'm glad they were agreeable on this occasion and didn't ask me to return the shoes while making me wait on store credit so I could buy a new (hopefully not defective) pair...
They also gave me a new discount code, though it didn't work...
