I bought 2 vouchers in January for beauty products.

The merchant never honoured any of the vouchers, which is bad.

What's worse is that since March I have been requesting a refund from Dealicious and it still has not been paid. It is July. 6 Months waiting is unacceptable for a $54 refund.
They don't have anyone that you can speak with, just an answering machine that is often full. I have sent countless emails, most of which they don't respond to. When they do, they ask for my patience (WTF!).

Don't bother buying through this site, because if you don't have a good merchant you may as well kiss your money good-bye!
