This company has gone downhill over the years. The quality of their products are mostly decent, but sometimes lack consistency, and are packaged poorly (as in carelessly and spill) you are highly unlikely to receive a refund for their bad though.
Since they updated their website a few years ago, every time I've placed an order, it's been a headache. The site checkout is constantly glitchy. NOT confidence inspiring for online transactions. Honestly if I can find what I need elsewhere, I avoid here. Too bad I got hooked on some of their scents years ago so I keep coming back to their dysfunction.
