My reservation was canceled because of Covid last fall and a postponed wedding. I am now trying to use my voucher that was issued and not only can I not book directly online they are now saying I need to book the same reservation from the same cities. I no longer live in that city and the voucher was told that I could book it for any trip using the funds for that new trip. I can't get any straight answers and it is incredibly frustrating. Pay the extra money if need be and use SOMEONE else next time you book tickets!
