I didn't even order, sign up or have any idea of what this company is. Yet they charged my PayPal account $79.80 Send me a receipt at 9 o'clock at night confirming my order. Ironically I was in a business meeting until 9:30 pm that night. They responded to my request for a refund by stating they had sent my test results. To which I responded what test result?
This company is a fraud and I am reporting them To the BBB, bank, and PayPal. I'm sure I can find a few others to post do not let them take advantage of you they hacked my account be aware watch your PayPal account.

I had to replace my phone due to a cracked screen. Asurion made the process simple and easy.
First Option, decide to schedule a date (4 days) to meet a tech fix my old phone screen for $29.
Or
Second Option, receive a NEW phone within 24 hrs for $75.
This was a no brainer. The new phone!
Set-up was fairly easy after using online support with Cesar.
One needs to know by using your SIM card from your old device does NOT omit the need to TRANSFER information from the old phone to the new phone.
This is still a necessary step.

This company is a joke. They are nothing but a FRONT for telemarketing information listings. Which are sold for a profit. If they do call you, they have no professional etiquette, no idea what job or even industry you applied or "registered" for. And if you inquire as to why they don't know anything but your name? They hang up on you!
