Let me start out by saying what I have gone through with this shop in the last 6 months I hope NO ONE EVER HAS TO EXPERIENCE THIS NIGHTMARE!

My vehicle has been in this shop since February 2022 with a finish date of 5/5/22. Taylor the "office manager" said work was being completed in the meantime while back ordered parts were being ordered etc. I asked if I could help expedite back ordered parts and she gave me bogus part numbers then told me work would start and I would have my vehicle before or on 5/5/22. She even told me she would go ahead and order the parts to be sure she got them and then submit a supplement with the insurance company, ALL LIES! Work was never completed. Numerous finish dates when May came around. ALL LIES! I stopped by the shop and was denied access to my vehicle, they wouldn't tell me if my vehicle was even on the property. When I was able to see my car I had to barge into the back gate area only to find my car exactly in the same condition i had left it in in early February. I have had to send out a 30 day demand letter which they never responded to, they have given myself, the MA Attorney General Office and my insurance company yet another written statement saying my vehicle is finished and waiting for the last supplement check. It's now 11 days after the check was issued, someone I know saw my vehicle at the shop yesterday 7/7/22 and the front end is still not put together. I asked for photos of my vehicle in it's current state throughout these 6 months and they have still not been able to produce such photos. Their MA State Standards license has been expired for over a year. A complaint has been filed with the MA AG Office. Next step, l'm filling the 93-A with the courts.
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

P.S. I checked their google reviews before calling they were all decent. My mistake. They also own another shop in Yarmouth which a used car business, I'm willing to bet they take parts off good customers cars and switch them out with crappy parts. He has a whole garage in yarmouth with about a million dollars worth in that garage. I found out from another customer he hand made some parts on the car after charging the insurance company for the parts. Shady is the understatement of the year with this business.

Update:
Damion, Chris and Taylor blatantly lied AGAIN to my insurance company and gave me yet again a finish date that was a lie. Damion stated that my vehicle was "low priority" because of everything that has happened and "if I want my car and the rest of the work to be expedited that I need to remove all my bad reviews about the shop." So now they have received all the payments from my insurance and are now try to use EXTORTION and BLACKMAIL ME BY HOLDING MY CAR HOSTAGE if I don't remove the reviews.
I would suggest in return that every single person in their shop hold their breath waiting for that day.
Gloves are off!

Below are photos of what my car looked like the afternoon they said my vehicle would be ready to be picked up. Also a screenshot of their MA State Standards License has been expired for over a year.
And 3 emails confirming Taylor Gomes lying to my insurance company about finish date… this is the 6-7th finish date she has given me, clearly every one was a lie because as you can see car is no where near being finished.

Tip for consumers:
One thing I learned from all of this… reviews mean nothing and you could say the same for mine. But I hope what I’ve added is proof enough of my 6month and going nightmare with this business. I hope if you deal with them you don’t have the same experience I did. It’s been awful.
