Found them through Walmart. Global knives are great. This vendor is NOT. They did not have the 3 knife set I ordered. Instead of telling me it was out of stock and refunding my money, they sent 2 knives. I figured they had split the order and the 3rd knife was coming. After I opened the shrink-wrap and one of the packages, I realized these were not the knives I ordered! Walmart site said delivery was complete so I knew the vendor did not intend to send a 3rd knife. Contacted vendor and here is the reply We do not have the listed items in our warehouse thats the reason we ended up sending you 2 knives. Who does that? I asked about returning them, here's the reply: We are afraid to inform you that we won't be able to process a refund until we receive an exact item which was delivered to you. Since I opened shrink wrap and one knife package, they are not "exactly" how I received them. Now I have 2 knives I didn't order, one which is a duplicate of a knife I already own. The one thing they did right was send me a return label when I asked for it. I would not recommend buying from this vendor.

Don't believe their claim of money back! You pay cheap prices and get appropriately cheap crap. They advertised a "sweatshirt" but it's made of nylon tricot -- not sweatshirt material. I wrote a negative review and guess what? They never posted it. Surprise surprise.
I will never deal with them again.
