I placed an order for shoes that were advertised as Skechers. Turns out I ordered from tina-us.com. And not skechers. When I placed my order, I never received a email confirmation. It wasn't until the charge showed on my credit card statement that I even knew who I ordered from. I never received the product. I filed a dispute with Discover. I then received an email from the company and they basically told me that they will send out another pair of shoes but they would not refund my money. I told them I no longer wanted the product. I requested a copy of my original order several times and they still haven't acknowledged the request or sent me the invoice. I asked for contact information and was told they do not have phone support, they only converse through email.
