Today is September 23,2019. According to this company the wrong transmission was order on our part. I really do not see how when all they asked for was the VIN on the ambulance. They sent the transmission and it was not the right one. The company had the transmission picked up on August 5,2019. Since that time we have made several calls and always got the run around. As of today I was told that the transmission picked up is not in the system. I cal BS on that. We still have not gotten a refund nor a real answer as to why. It took them 5 minutes to get payment but has taken almost 4 months to get our money back since they cannot provide us with a transmission for an ambulance. The customer service people are rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
