I have tried to get on contact with this company for an order number... they reply. We need your order number... after few days they send me tracking number. I sign up to get texted to see where this product is. It's supposedly in a partnership with usps stuck in NJ. Since may 30th.
They didn't hesitate to deduct 52.99 from my debit card. My daughter works for the post office. She said... from my texts I got with tracking number that it looks fishy.
I work for a school bus company... the driver and myself wanted to get a special needs child in a wheelchair this gift for her before she moves out of state.
Friday I messaged GETNAME company and got a reply today again saying they need order number
I told them in message I only had tracking number no order number... so here i go again
I want my money back we ate ordering through Amazon something similar but reading some of the reviews it's going to take an act of God to get my money back
I will be going in Facebook and other social media I am involved in and blast this company. And let everyone know how they take care of their customers.
