My garage door spring broke on Wednesday and the earliest they could support the door they installed less than 3 years ago was Saturday afternoon. On Saturday I called to find out they never added me to the schedule and could not support me despite the fact that I stated that my car is now locked in my garage.

Customer service recommended that the supervisor call me on Tuesday (another 3 days) to provide me reimbursement for the issue.

Do Not Choose this company as they do not support their product nor care at all about their customers!
