I inadvertently ordered items I did not want from my order of a set of 4 LabCharge Air Purifiers as a Christmas gift. There was no way to remove items from the cart on the last step of payment for the order. I received the order I wanted and another unopened package with 6 purifiers that I did not want. I contacted LabCharge immediately and was sent a return label, which was used to return the package on Dec. 12,2021. I was due a refund of $246.39, which to this date (Mar. 30,2022) has not been credited to my account. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
