Customer service is terrible! Nobody give a #%*! They don't provide help, they don't care about their customers!
I was trying to buy my vitamins for 10 days! Every time the order was confirmed then they sent a vet email where were said they I have to call my bank, to get some stupid code - which means I had to call to the bank do a verification with them for about an hour to get a code for stupid site with vitamins! Or I had to open my online statement to see how much they charged as a verification method which is also now the esyiest way and takes a lot of time to buy stupid vitamins!
