Provide support or customer service. When you call you are talking to a outsource company
Mostly located in China I had the experience they charged for two nights for three rooms in Calistoga
Which I had cancelled two weeks before because I still do not know how three different rooms
For the same night was even booked. When my charge bill arrived they had chaged my credit card for two nights I immediately called my credit card company and they credited my account after looking into the bookings. Stay away call direct mostly the numbers on Bookings.com
