What an Unethical Company in practice. I could have bought same product on a different platform. In fact, I did in August. But I know it costs companies 25 percent of their profit. So I decided to buy from them direct. Big Big Mistake. I was somehow forced into a 3 month contract...item was same price lol.with a vitamin company. I never agreed to this. I reached out to cancel and they told me to take a hike. I chatted back and forth, customer service guy refused to help me, refused to forward my problem to manager. I had to cancel my master card. I am out of the country, and I received news from old tenant that their stupid box keeps on showing up. As to whether the product works? Well, it wasn't bad, till it left a ' bad taste in my mouth' due to ethical practices of the company. I was within 90 days of original purchase, I wanted a refund, I was not satisfied. What a joke and company does not stand behind their 90 or 180 day guarantee.
