Ordered a waist trainer from them on December 4th. It is January 17th. Sent numerous emails with no response. The only response I received was on Instagram saying that they would check the order and give me another product. They did not ask for the order number or any information. I messaged them again and received no response. I've sent two more messages and just found out they blocked me on Instagram. This business is bull$#*!. Do not buy from them!
