There were two occasions. One sevens days earlier. There shopper could find my house and didn't want to listen to my directions, so she took the $400 order back to the store and I had to wait for my refund to buy groceries again. I requested to have the order delivered between 4 and 5. The order was delivered at 12:30. I was at work. When I got home, all the produce and meats were spoiled. They did not do anything to help remedy the situation. They, then, told me that I had to return all the spoiled items to the store myself in order to get a refund. I did that. Then I cancelled my membership. They are awful. They do not care about making anything right when their employees are messing up. I used this company for the last two years and now I will be using instacart.
