I placed an order for a Marni bag on the 22/7/2020 (order no: *******). It has been 10 weeks and after multiple emails, the customer support claimed that there is a delay from Marni side thus the item is not in stock. After waiting for 10 weeks, I decided to cancel and request a refund. The moment I asked for a refund, they told me the item was shipped and I will be provided with a tracking number soon. After 3 days, I have not received any tracking number and no updates. The item is worth almost AUD 2000 and the customer service was absolutely poor and disappointing. If I could give zero star I would.
