“Poor customer service”

I ordered a pair of Uggs.11-21-23 I received a fed x update 4 times no package. I stop my working day to call, fedx advise shipper has not used the label Snd call for returns.I will miss Xmas with my package I have to wait 4-7 days.horrible customer service I have paid for a package I don't have.you offer me 5.00.not unfair.horrible customer service. I even offer to pick up my package.I would never order from DSW.you don't have my vote for customer service no empathy when you call at all. Options to offer pathetic
