Been charged twice for my seats and still No confirmation regarding my seats.AKso I saw the sMe tickets for 50 dollars less the next day on trip.com.wgen I spoke to your people the next day they told me I was just over the time period of a few hours so they couldn't natch the price. I always use your company but no longer will after this poor service. I fly 3 or 4 times a year.
The PMP has to be within 24 hours and one of the preferred travel sites and that one is not one we accept the refund from. Please review our website for all the policy regarding PMP. Also you have been advised the seats confirmed and the email was sent with them on it.
