The item cost $69.99 US. The description etc seemed good and there was no reason to suspect any kind of deceptiveness. It was ordered at the beginning of November and delivered mid December. The delivery times was not unreasonable. It was sent in a standard padded envelope. This envelope had not fared well in the post.
A heated vest required a power source and the first thing you read on the enclosed instructions is that there is no power source provided. There is in the right hand pocket there is a usb to attach the power unit. There is no indication where to get such a power unit.
The sizing is unusual and comes up v small. I ordered a 4xl which according to the online guidance would be my size ( I am not small girthed). The vest was nearly 2 inches short of meeting to zip up. The fit is very boxy in shape.
There is no contact information with the vest and the information sheet shows this item was manufactured in mainland China.
I highly recommend that this item is NOT purchased as it has proven for me a total waste of nearly $70.

Tip for consumers:
Triple check everything. After all having paid $70 for a thermal vest one would expect the powering battery. It did not say there was one or that there was not one provided. When it comes to sizing be cautious when purchasing Chinese supplied items. According to the advert the 4xl is equivalent to 2 xl. I would suspect it ias barely an L.
