Me and fiance both unhappy, plenty of mess ups, they remounted ring to wrong band, hidden fees, bad Customer service. After spending over 20k on our last bill it was paid a day late but payment was 1200 to close account and the agent said no late fee if paid in full and to top it off I still got hit with a late fee against their word.

They messed up on the promotion they were running at the time, long story short paid ring off and after a 0 dollar balance they sent me a late fee that they wouldn't take off after paying 15k total.
