“Raise is a flawed concept with horrible customer service”

This is the first review I have ever made for a company. I purchased 3 gift cards from Raise. 1 worked; 1 didn't and they refunded me and 1 card I never received & IT WAS ELECTRONIC! I spend $300 on it September '15. It is now January '16 and I still haven't been refunded. I've gone back and forth with customer service over 9 times. Every email is at least a 3 to 4 day response. Their phone lines are also filled most likely due to other customer service problems. STAY AWAY FOR THIS COMPANY
