I ordered a Waterpik Sonic-Fusion Electric Flossing toothbrush from a seller on Mercari. The equipment did not work. The seller was unresponsive and Mercari Customer Service was less than helpful. They didn't help troubleshoot the problem or offer to replace the merchandise. It's a sham. Wasted money. Avoid at all costs!
