We booked a trip to Aruba through this site. They advertised FREE BREAKFAST at hotel as promotion and failed to honor it. Despite me showing screenshots. They are useless. They then said it was based on availability—- then don't advertise something you can't offer! Total let down.

We have been to this resort many times, and we had a fabulous time! NOT THIS TIME! Horrible...
