I purchased an item from Emprada, it was a nice sequin dress for New Years Eve. When I received the item it was the incorrect item. They did manage to get the new item expedited to me - which was great, but the correct item fitted horribly. It was improperly sewn and there was no adjusting the item. I had to wear something totally different for New Years Eve. Now this company that takes refunds if an item is not worn and the tag is still on it is not taking an item back that was not worn and still has the tag on it. They told me this is a special situation. I have no clue what they are talking about. I did send them a photo of the dress on me which hung horribly, could it be because I am a black female? I am questioning exactly why is it a return policy that works for everyone - does not work for me. Can someone explain this one to me.
