I like the product, but I ordered 4 and only received one. I Contacted customer service and got a reply the next day apologizing and told they are shipping out 3 more. Since the problem was on their end I was expecting quicker or upgraded shipping instead of waiting over 2 weeks for my full order to be completed.
Quick response,but shipping should have been upgraded when there was a mix up so My order could have been completed sooner
The wife purchased one last week and it is a game changer. This is the First time her dog actually payed attention to commands and stopped the continued barking. Ordering more for a spare and for friends with unruly dogs. Thanks for a great product!
