Totally a rip off! Think they just did the express but charged me for interior detailing service. I had to pay more for an SUV which I understand if they were actually going to do more work. Had an appointment and when I called they said it would take about 3 1/2 hours. Instead it took over 4 1/2 and I am not sure why... at first glace the car looked great but when I got home to inspect it I was HIGHLY disappointed. The dash was greasy from what they sprayed on it. Clearly did not wipe it off plus I had spots on the interior ceiling from the spray! There was still a french fry on the floor in the back-SERIOUSLY! You call this a detailed job. There were marks on the sides of the seats that was was able to wipe off on my own, how can that be overlooked? My floor mats were just sprayed off NOT scrubbed. Had to do it on my own... SAVE YOUR MONEY!
