Horrible customer service. Horrible return policy. I had to return a $165 part through UPS which cost $65 of my own money to ship with full insurance. I got my refund but minus a $17 "restocking" fee!
Website quote: "Returns are subject to 20% restock fee in some cases." Followed by: "We make exceptions to our stated policies in some situations. Please contact us if you wish to discuss your situation." You better believe I'm contacting their Escalations Team at *******335 M-F 9-4:30 CST.
Save yourself the hassles and shop elsewhere. The part I ordered was verified by GRP as the correct one for my dishwasher when it was totally obvious it was wrong. I submitted photos to "prove" my statements and they still insisted it was the right part.
Get this business closed by not giving them any of your money!

I ordered three parts, and received two that were wrong. I sent photos clearly showing the error...
