This service was absolutely appalling! They are a disgusting company and if I could give zero stars I would. Henry my website designer did not listen to me throughout the process. I had to ask for what I wanted over 5 times every time. He did not have the communication skills required for this job. Once I told Logonado I would not be going with them for website hosting (due to their inadequate communication skills given the fact they do not have a clue how to develop websites and are not Australian leaving a significant linguistic barrier), the tables turned and they provided little to no help at all. The entire process was drawn out, they did not explain any step and then held my website basically hostage for over 3 weeks before transferring me incomplete files to provide to the new host. This delayed the launch of my business by over a month! We had to contact Logonado's manager for help transferring the files because Henry wasn't cooperating. He was no more helpful then Henry. He promised assistance that we didn't receive. When I received the files there was no explanation and they would not have made sense to anyone without significant I. T. Knowledge. The website was not up to standard when transferred, we are currently finishing the editing ourselves because they were so hopeless. They claim 100% satisfaction but they trick people into paying first and then a month has gone by, so if you walk away half way through you have wasted so much time. That's if it even is that easy to get a refund, I told them I was not happy throughout this process but I was offered neither a refund or assistance. It was a terrible service and it made my life so stressful over the last 2 months developing this website.
