The accuracy with Life 360 is usually pretty good when it's working - but that's not often - they changed the format of the app that show dimensional objects, instead of aerial shots like it used to show. I am a gold member - doesn't notify you upon impact, like it states.
Also, I needed to change my billing and Apple ID, which they're not able to help me - which I find very hard to believe. So in order to continue to see my service as I am unable to sign in to my old account - I guess my only choice is to cancel my credit card, which is an inconvenience. Very disappointed in their customer service.
