I can't be more pleased with how employees at Titan Power Plus take care of
Their customers. I found out that one of the cables in my shipment was defective.
I mailed them regarding the issue and not long after that they got back to me
Saying that someone would get in touch with me shortly. They did so and the
Process to initiate replacement was immediately started. Since then, I have
Received my replaced item and am currently putting them to good use.
