In a six month period, Handy have cancelled once letting me know 12 hours before the booking and then today, cancelled a second booking with no notification.
They sent a confirmation the day before, so I was waiting for the cleaner, only to find they had removed the booking from their system. The mobile number they supplied for the cleaner was actually just a voice recording.
There is absolutely no way to contact them when you have problems, which you will inevitably have.
They are more trouble than they are worth, avoid!
