Credit when credit is due. I had a bad experience with them on Black Friday back in November. They have gotten better a lot with their Customer Service.
I had my parcel missing due to royal mail mistake and it was re sent once again and offer 10% on top of that.
Of course, it's quieter now than the crazy black Friday. It would be unfair If I don't come here and leave my recent positive experience with them.
